Order Directly: Use the Gojek or Grab app to arrange for pick-up and delivery at your convenience. The fee is determined by the app's standard rates.
Let Us Handle It: Prefer not to use the app? No problem. Contact us via WhatsApp at our laundromats, and we’ll arrange the pick-up and delivery for you.

Before Pickup

Weigh Your Laundry: Our service is charged per load, with one load being 1-5kg.
Separate Whites from Colors: To maintain the quality of your clothes, we recommend separating them before pick-up.
Provide Details: Share your name, email address, and Indonesian WhatsApp number for seamless service.
Count Your Items: Ensure you know the number of items being sent for laundry to verify upon return.

Upon Arrival

Stain Inspection: We'll check for stains and attempt to clean them with natural agents. However, some stubborn stains may not be completely removed.
Special Care: Inform us about any items that require special attention.
Payment: Payments can be made upfront via cash placed inside the laundry bag or through a bank transfer (contact us via WhatsApp).
